during your initial consultation, we will discuss your aesthetic goals, assess your skin condition, and recommend personalized treatment options tailored to your needs.
Cancellations
To modify or cancel your existing appointment, you have two options. You can either make the changes through our convenient client portal, or you may contact our office directly during business hours and speak or text to cancel or modify. Please note that any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any last minute cancellations or no shows will result in forfeit of any deposit provided.
Refunds
All spa service sales are final. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for the following reasons:
1. Hygiene and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. Once a spa service has been provided, we cannot reuse or resell any products or equipment used during the service, making it impossible to provide a refund.
2. Personalized Service
Our spa services are tailored to the unique needs of each client. The time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your service cannot be recovered once it has been provided. Each person is unique in features/concerns and exact duplication of any picture referenced is not guaranteed, therefore any services performed are not refundable due to everyone's different perspectives.
3. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality spa services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know in a timely manner such as the time of service or within two weeks to address any concerns. Packages, memberships or any treatment pre-purchased at any point in time and not rendered by consumer, regardless of reason, are not refundable. We strive to address any concerns or issues to your satisfaction and try our best to find a resolution that benefits all parties involved.
